I took an expensive watch in for repair . Battery was replaced . It ended up not being the battery . I was within my one year warranty. I was told it would be sent out but that the repairman would not be happy since the warranty would be expiring soon . Jeweler never called me . I called . Owner of jeweler store could not report issue with watch or what was repaired . He requested I pick up my watch that day even after hours . He said I needed to do business elsewhere for repairs . When I picked up my watch it was not working . Needless to say — they did not standby their warranty and I believe I was lied to about my watch . It should be noted that I paid for a new battery even though it should have been free IF they followed their warranty policy . Why offer a warranty if one won’t uphold their own policy ? Have informed many people of this experience . Extremely disappointed .i see now they are not accredited by BBB either and per other reviews I wish I read them before...

The service is not that great. The last time I was in this store to get a watch battery, I had inquired about adding links back onto my 14K Gold watch band and one of the Sales Associates remarked that the watch on my arm could NOT possibly be 14K gold. I told her it was and she argued with me in front of other customers that it was NOT and even asked where I purchased it. I told her from a jeweler in NYC. She was so insisted that it was not gold and told me I was mistaken. She knew I was very upset by then so she offered to have it tested; it came back as 14 K gold. She was so rude. NO apology for being wrong. I wrote the Store Owner a letter letting him know how I was treated and he never bothered to contact me with an apology or even a thank you for letting him know. I thought this incident was very INSULTING and I will NEVER go back there...

Didn't honor a previous offer on trade in when I came back in with fiancé. Left me in a difficult position and left feeling like his offer written on a business card meant absolutely nothing. While reluctant, we entrusted their master jeweler to enlarge the ring size of an antique family heirloom. It broke in less than a month. When she went back to have it fixed… well, let’s just say the rudeness of the entire staff had her leaving in tears and I don’t know how a business with customer service like this can survive other than ripping...
