I scheduled an event for 300 students and the truck failed to show up. The kids were very disappointed. I was told it was a scheduling error by a secretary. They were trying hard to reschedule for me, but unfortunately that was not an option to get the same 300 students together again.
I then went to an event for my son a couple hours later and the Kona Ice truck was an hour late and did not have enough ice to give all of the students mediums so they were only able to get smalls. Seems business might be overwhelmed during peek business seasons. I would suggest that you overcommunicate and confirm multiple times with Gavin if you are hosting an event with Kona Ice. I confirmed once via email, but now I wish I would have followed up again the morning of the event so he may have had enough time to fix the error before it...

Arrived late and left early! The school pre-paid for 350 Kona Ice shaved ice; maybe 200 were distributed before they slammed the door in our elementary kids' faces and left the event.
