M&Y DESIGN — Local services in Louisville

Distasteful and rude! My mother and a friend of hers were out at a nearby store and decided to venture into M&Y Design as it’s recently opened. No one, I repeat, NO ONE was in the store except for the “sales associate” until they walked in. Mind you, they were NOT wearing coats and had SMALL crossbody/purses. This “person” proceeds to GET UP from her seat to follow my Mom and friend THROUGHOUT the store and proceeds to sit down near them while they were perusing the back of the store. Not nare “hello”, Not nare “can I help you”, Not nare “let me know if you need anything”… NOTHING!!!! The clothes are overpriced and all items are final sale!?! If you’re POC, don’t go here. They don’t like us or be prepared to be followed throughout the store. And corporate/manager, don’t bother trying to contact to “try to learn from this”. Should’ve done better when you hired your sales...

Got a few clothes from there a year ago, and the condition of the items I bought were just as good as when I first got them. Quality really does matter. And knowing how behind American fashion is compared to Europe, love how there’s a store here for us to get a first glimpse of what will hit the American racks here 2-3 years down the line. I am so glad I came in today wasn't expecting to find anything but to my surprise I found three outfits that was very inexpensive very beautiful and to my taste I will be back again because I really enjoy being in the store and the service was excellent and I cannot complain I advise you if you see this text please come in and visit my design you would be very happy...
