I do not recommend a party. We showed up 30 minutes early to make sure everything was good and they didn’t even know that we had a party that day so they start scrambling around trying to figure out what to do. They started the timer 10 minutes before the party was supposed to start so by the time the kids got their shoes and got started. They had already lost 30 minutes of bowling time. They have a timer that literally times How long you can bowl if your game is not over all well your done . Our lanes kept breaking down, so we kept losing time on that as well. they gave us Game cards half of them didn’t keep the points. We had to keep going and getting our refills. No one asked if we needed anything and at the end I remembered they were supposed to give her a bowling pin and a T-shirt so I went and asked and they said oh yeah, couldn’t find them finally brought us them, and the bowling pen was all beat up, scratched up from it being used. Read moreFirst time here, and likely the last. We bowled as a part of a pre-planned event. I’ve never bowled in a place that felt the need to employ two armed security guards. Staff is untrained and were completely overwhelmed by the amount of people. A member of our party ordered a pretzel appetizer and cheesy bread appetizer and waited 45 minutes (yes, confirmed by the register) for it. He asked for a refund and they refused, saying they couldn’t give him a refund AND the food. He just took the refund instead and the food that took 45 minutes to cook was wasted. There were three people in the kitchen and it should not have taken that long, when others in our party got their food in less than 15 minutes. The bar was completely overwhelmed too. I joined an 8 week league here that ended last night. During our game last night, the lanes jammed up (pretty frequent occurence), this time, my ball came out chipped and scuffed. Scuffs can buff out, but a chip is unacceptable. Maintenance assured me their front desk would fix it, especially since I'd purchased the ball in their pro shop, 2 months prior. Then I met their "manager." Without apology for the issue he proceeded to explain that the damage could've occured anywhere at anytime. Refused to take accountability despite his maintenance guy, and my team's confirmation that it had just occured and was due to their lane malfunction. Threatened to kick me out when I got understandibly frustrated, in the name of professionalism- what a joke.
