I needed to buy office furniture unseen with only building plans and measurements to go off of. I was coming into town to furnish our new office building but wanted the furniture to arrive while I was there to get it set up. I picked items out on their website, which was very helpful to have posted the items they were selling. The website was easy to navigate and when I called, the items were available, which means they were up to date on their website. Crystal was the best at helping me on the phone with being my "eyes" on the items I was interested in online. She was patient and very kind and never made me feel like I was a burden on the phone. I purchased the furniture but was nervous about buying unseen in person and they held everything I picked out for a deposit until I could come see it all. I was so impressed with the quality and cleanliness of the furniture, that I had nothing to change. It all worked out beautifully and they will definitely get my return business. LW (Liquidators World) is a wonderful source for quality office furniture at a reasonable price. I've purchased several gently used lateral file cabinets for the office and recently referred our church when they needed one. There's usually a good selection of used items to choose from at the Louisville store for immediate purchase & pick up, but there are also locations in Lexington & Cincinnati. I had them deliver a large 5-drawer cabinet and the guys were very nice and professional. I also needed a couple chairs for those times when collaborations take place in my office. After numerous hours spent researching online for ergonomic chairs (most options seemed way too expensive), I ended up finding LW Office Furniture Warehouse online and decided to stop by.
