Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisville

I don't do reviews often, but this is honestly the worst I've ever had anywhere. Ordered online, I pulled up, got my food, didn't have to wait too terribly long or anything. Got home, pulled the food out, one part was wrong (ordered a soft Taco Supreme, got a crunchy Taco Supreme, but not really that big of a deal). Ate the taco, and it was fine, then I started to eat the quesadilla in my meal, and very suddenly part way in I tasted something like a strong alcohol or cleaner of some sort and immediately stopped eating and threw everything away. It could have also been the Baja Blast, because the taste got stronger with each sip of that, but I couldn't be certain. Never in my life has my food ever been contaminated with something like that, but I'm not gonna let this slide. Absolutely unacceptable. The order was missing 3 volcano tacos. We told them that the order was missing items at the drive thru window. The manager Tamicha Nicole Colwell checked the bag and said everything was in the bag. We go back to have the order remade because by the time we get back home everything would be getting cold. The manager Tamicha Nicole Colwell refused to redo the order and I told her I wanted everything returned. She processed the return and I didn't get refunded for everything. The refund was a little over a dollar short. Tamicha Nicole Colwell didn't believe us at the drive thru window when we showed concern that our order was missing items, she was argumentative at the window and inside the store when we returned the food, and was unapologetic about the order being messed up. Went through the drive through to oder dinner for me, my son and my elderly father. I ordered him a large diet, they gave us a medium. I ordered him a $7 box, that's not what we got. At The window the kid gave us our drinks and we waited, and he opened the window and asked if we were waiting on something. We said, yeah, our food! He said I already gave you your food. We said, no you gave us our drinks, not our food yet. He had to check to realize we were right. The kid next to him was playing on his phone the entire time and never even looked up.
