Kim is the baddest mofo in existence! In all seriousness though, she is an amazing person! Communication was top tier, she understood the situation I'm in and went way far above and beyond. I don't ever do reviews and this is probably my first review. But because things have been hard for me lately, she helped me out and made sure I could settle down. Public Storage! Don't lose her! Just had to give A SHOUT OUT TO SANDY!! at public storage on Fern valley road in Louisville..when I needed a place to store my furniture for just a couple of weeks,and this place was about 5 minutes from my house,so I went there. All the Ladies that work there are nice,but Sandy even looked up where I could rent a truck to move my stuff to my new place.She was Polite,helpful and genuinely nice...
