This would have been a one star review, BUT your saving grace was actually the lovely woman at the register tonight, who actually happens to be named Grace. The not so lovely woman working as Course Marshall(let’s randomly assign her the name Karen for the sake of reference l) today needs a real crash course in customer service and an attitude adjustment. We payed for a twilight 3:10 tee time knowing full well that we would be hard pressed to fit in 18. We are approached by Karen AT THE GREEN OF HOLE 2 as if we did something wrong. “I need to chat with you two” she says curtly. She informs us that she’s gonna round everyone up at 6:15 if we want to play as far as we can or we can “rain check” our back 9. Fast forward to hole 10 at 5:30pm, the pin on the green has been yanked. Karen pulls up to us and informs us that she’s shutting things down and we can play the last couple holes if we want. We ask about our remaining 45 minutes of golf and she just beams a glare and carts off. It’s been a considerable amount of time since either of us golfing today have worked on a course, but never have either of us been so mistreated on a golf course. This is particularly surprising because we played last week up until the light leaving the sky, and tonight there was a full hour of light left tonight and we essentially got the boot. Once again, you are all lucky that Grace is such an amazing employee or we would have never returned to this beautiful course. Will be emailing their pro Leo regarding this...
Read moreThe golf course is fine, but there pro shop need to get some better service. We rental a set of clubs and needed to pay $45 the clubs was In a very bad condtion and was only worth $10. I had to turn my credit card in for security but when we came back the shop was closed and I couldn’t get my credit card back. , the slow speed on the course was the reason that we didn’t make it back in time. we spend more than 5 hours to play the course.
don’t rent clubs from this course. expect 5 hours or longer in the weekends
I would like to update my review after that I talk to Andrea, she told me that it have been discussed internal, and there will be some improvements on the quality of the rental clubs and how you can get your credit card back after closing hours. I think this is great service that someone is listening...... I would hope in the future that they could improve the flow in the weekend, then this course would...
Read moreI hate to give this such a bad review but after our dining experience on Sunday evening I can't help it. We had finished up and had given our card for our bill along with a $10 coupon. When it came back it was incorrect. My card had only been charged 5 dollars and some change, which was way wrong. We told the waitress who took it in and got her manager. We followed her as we figured it was an easy fix and we could then leave. It turned into a 15 min ordeal with her manager getting mad at her as well. I felt bad for that as it was a mistake. The manager never said one thing to us as far as saying sorry for the mistakes, the amount of time it was taking, or simply us being honest with our bill. The manager that evening was less than professional and we weren't completely taken back. Again we love golfing here and love the food, but after that night we may try some other places...
