Update: In response to the company's explanation, I find it hard to believe that my data transfer job was as complex as described. Interestingly, I was able to complete the task on my own after purchasing a secondary PC. It appears that the company's claim of trying various platforms and the process taking multiple hours might be an attempt to cover up their deceit in providing the service for which they were paid. The lack of honesty and integrity is appalling and I have zero trust in Razorback Computers providing any services in the future. I urge potential customers to exercise caution and take my experience into account before considering their services.

My recent experience with Razorback Computers was nothing short of a disaster. I enlisted their data transfer service, and the results were abysmal. Despite charging a hefty fee, the job was not done at all. The incompetence displayed by the staff during this process was astonishing. They seemed clueless about handling data transfers and, to make matters worse, charged me the full price for a service that was clearly not completed to standard. Last year, I made the unfortunate error of falling for a computer hacker. In the midst of my tears, my neighbor suggested I reach out to Razorback Computers for help. I was warmly welcomed with a sympathetic ear and was assured that my laptop would be as good as new after some virus protection and cleaning of the computer. Jerry was very understanding, listened intently, and helped me overcome the feeling of feeling violated by this overseas hacker. Fast forward to this year and my annual cleanup, I was once again reminded of the kindness of the people at Razorback Computers and how competent they are regarding all things computers. I was able to have my computer virus updated and cleaned in the comfort of my home this afternoon; what a blessing to have a trusted resource here in NWA. I would high recommend Razorback Computers to anyone in need of computer and/or technological help. We recently upgraded our intire network, from servers, desk tops, laptops, routers, range extenders, and printers. Jerry with Razorback Computers set up our intire network with security. He understood how critical it was for us to be up and running in a timely manner. Our programs are entirely internet based and he worked diligently until the job was completed.
