Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lowell

Buckle up because you're not ready for this one ordered pizza at 11 am ( I was hungry) Pizza showed up at 11:50. I ordered a medium single topping pizza and 420 oz bottles of soda the driver showed up to my apartment smelling like alcohol before it was even noon he couldn't even read the receipt and the man is from English descent. Meaning he's white in English is his first and only language. that being said the dude smelled really goofy if you catch my drift. That smell would be the smell of alcohol that I'm referring. Him coming here drunk is the worst thing I've ever seen a business let happen. Not to mention the cherry on all of this was he tried to hand me my pizza box folded up like a magazine. I then called the Pizza Hut to tell him all of this like I stated earlier let them know that he was probably drunk or possibly hungover from the night before because he reeks of alcohol and she stated that's the only driver they had available. The audacity to say something like that is absurd. Genuinely don't think Pizza Hut employees care about the well-being of the community they serve. If it wasn't for our business in this community your business wouldn't be staying afloat. upper management owners really need to do better on assessing these situations rather than just collecting a monthly and yearly paycheck from these corporations that...

I order from here all the time and have had maybe 1-2 good experiences. If I could change the Pizza Hut that delivers my food, I would in a heart beat, chance it to the one on Walnut which is so much more professional.

Every time we get pizza from here, it seems they only put in about half effort. I'm curious if they even look at their food before they send it out. If so, I'm just appalled that this is what they pass for acceptable.

Last night was the last straw. I ordered a CHEESE pizza. Easy. It came to us with burnt cheese covering every piece but half of one and the crust was dented and over half of the pizza. If I crushed it, it just flaked off. That is just pathetic. How do you mess up that bad on a cheese. Our breadsticks were just that. Bread. Half of them had no seasonings and looked like that had been cooked too long.

This is just one instance of how awful this Pizza Hut is. I'm tired of having to call them every time I order their pizza or not getting what I pay 20 or more dollars for. Lazy workers and poor managment is why this Pizza Hut is so low rated. Put more effort in...

Awful. Arrived at the store to pick up my order and I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes while every employee in the back just looked at me and said absolutely nothing even though I was saying, “Excuse me!” They weren’t even busy. A couple were washing dishes and the other two were literally just walking around in the kitchen. I then called the store so I could tell whoever answered that I was waiting up front. No one answered the phone. The call was automatically sent to the Pizza Hut call center and I told them what happened. The guy had to call the manager of the Lowell location and tell her that she had customers up front.
