CVS — Local services in Lower Frederick

Thursday November 17th, 2022 Dang, cannot find my diva cup to save my life. Decided to use a 40% off coupon stacked with a $5 off coupon & buy the knockoff CVS brand. So far, seems to be very comparable to diva cup brand. Instead of spending over $35, I spent a little over $10. Don't sleep on CVS coupons & stacking their deals. CVS isn't the cheapest before coupons but after coupons, you can save lots of money! Pictures attached.

Employees keep in touch with my doctors offices whenever my meds aren't filled. They handle all of the correspondence. Just overall very helpful - not everyone is super friendly but nobody is ever rude. CVS also sends text messages about when your medications/prescriptions are filled. They are almost always ready when it's guesstimated. I rarely have to wait. The drive thru always makes my life a lot easier too.

The staff at this CVS is always helpful and patient; this review is about the COVID test turnaround.

I scheduled an appointment for the COVID test on Wednesday after hearing about the two day turnaround for results. Once again, staff was professional and took every precaution possible. Today is Tuesday of the next week and I have yet to hear back regarding my results. In fact, once I got past the circle-talking automated system I was brought to another rep who informed me that he would "escalate" my case and I would be contacted within 48 hours. This will put me over the week mark waiting for my results. I cannot return to work until these results come in. Had I known that the actual turn around time I would have gone with another company.

I had called this pharmacy to look for a medication that was on back order at my regular pharmacy. Thankfully you guys had it. The woman I spoke with asked me to just give her some time to call the other pharmacy and get the prescription ready, I was expecting a couple hours and was totally okay with that, I got a text 30mins later that it was ready! Amazing! When I went to pick it up we had an issue with my insurance, the pharmacist and tech jumped thru hoops to get it figured out for me and I left with the prescription I needed for my son!
