Wawa — Restaurant in Lower Frederick

Since the bread has become inedible, I decided to try the pizza. Big mistake. Using the app to make it hot and ready bigger mistake.

Pizza quality was lower than discount frozen pizza.

Since I ordered on the app, should have been ready. I arrived and paid 5 minutes before pickup time. Stood at counter waiting for just over 10 minutes. People came and went. I asked if they were going to make my pizza and they said oh yeah we just put it on top of the oven. Like they never planned on telling me it was ready.

Probably would have been terrible even fresh, but my god was it bad old.

We let wawa take up the prime real-estate because they were good. Then they decided ingredients don't matter, Customer service doesn't, matter, nothing matters because the people will come anyway.

I won't. Not anymore. Too bad too many times. I miss wawa. Idk what this craphole...

Manager Jenn, NOT to be confused with "employee Jenn", whom I believe was an associate, went above and beyond, to provide me with the most exceptional customer experience, and satisfaction! Jenn, despite her own responsibilities, maintained a selfless and positive attitude. Even mustered up the sense to take a humorous approach at resolving my complaint with the previous experience I had while visiting this location. The mistake ,made painstakingly by myself, did not confront this steadfast Hoagies Hero! Or in this case, the custom double cheeseburger I purchased and did not retrieve for myself..respectively.. My wife has a number of serious allergy concerns which makes it very difficult to go out to eat anywhere at all without risking at least a week of misery, and at most an anaphylactic reaction that could kill her. I've purchased hoagies from this Wawa several times over the past 4 years without any problems. Several different employees have made the hoagies and all of them have taken the allergies seriously and respected my wife's needs. It is not an exaggeration to say that their consistent level of care regarding this is better than almost any restaurant we've eaten at.
