Neuchatel Chocolatier — Local services in Lower Oxford Township

Stopped in on the way home from lunch with friends. I almost passed it because it's set a bit off the road down a long driveway.

They have a wide variety of chocolate candies, bars, as well as a lot of custom shapes such as champagne bottles with truffles inside. Their truffle selection is pretty enormous. They have most of the standard, a few fruits, as well as a huge selection of liqueur infused creations (bourbon, whiskey, Baileys, Gran Mariner, coffee, amaretto).

Came here for the first time recently because of the chocolate bombs advertised for $7.50 on their website and facebook. After arriving was advised that there was an unapologetic and unannounced price increase to $10. Fine, it happens (website amd facebook still not updated or announced) days later. Had a question about the product after purchase so I emailed and got a sarcastic, unpunctuated or capitalized reply with no signature. Like a text from a teenager. Where has this been my whole life? After driving by this place dozens of times over the past few years, we finally decided to stop. It’s a small shop but not short on quality chocolate products. We picked a dozen pieces of chocolate and they were incredible, some of the smoothest, creamiest chocolate I have ever had. And it’s all fair trade, which is a good thing to see.
