I’ve been holding off for a while hoping this place would get it together. It hasn’t. Every time I come here the food is different not the menu but the prep. The food is SO inconsistent as are the cocktails. Tonight I asked if the scallops were farm raised or wild caught and the “chef” had no idea. This is unacceptable. You’re the chef for crying out loud you should know you’re food and it needs to be prepared well consistently. However, it’s not just the food that’s great, it’s all of the staff too. The servers are very lively (I wouldn’t prefer it any other way), but they’re also considerate and respectful. The new restaurant is very clean and up to date and even has a porch with tables that has a great view of the golf course. I’d definitely recommend giving this...
