My fiancé and I bought our home back in October (Cecil county), we ran into Robinson’s to look for sectionals for the living room. Bayard gave us one heck of a deal on our sectional, stayed late to help us load it onto the trailer, gave us a brand new one (not the floor model) and was so incredibly kind. We decided to go back the next day to look at entertainment centers, recliners & coffee tables, the specific table we wanted was at the other warehouse & the delivery guys had left for the day - We decided we’d go look around other places, not even five minutes later Bayard saved the day- called us, had us come back at closing helped move everything into the trailer, took us to the other warehouse and loaded the table onto the truck with my fiancé, Josh (Again, giving us one heck of a deal on the massive entertainment center, recliner & table). We returned yesterday after visiting an Ashley furniture store in Bear, DE. That had a kitchen table (6 seater, counter height) we really liked, we checked the store out first to see if he had one, (he did not) we asked if he was able to order one, he checked, had it ordered (immediately) and gave us a better deal than Ashley was even willing to give us. Bayard has us for life as customers, that man works so incredibly hard and goes the extra mile to provider customer service that you wouldn’t usually receive from a salesman.. he always warns you “ we don’t have much help, but we’re here if you need us!”, he doesn’t stalk you around the store or force you to buy, he allows you to look & ask questions as needed! I’ve never had a stress free experience buying anything until we met Bayard. Thank you for everything, as always we appreciate you very much! My husband, oldest child, and I came in on September 11th in anticipation of furniture for our home purchase. We were so happy to see such a great variety of furniture, and were pressured NONE to buy anything at all. Spoiler alert, we ended up buying a lot 😂 We were greeted by (I believe the owner?) He and Cayla answered all of our questions, were patient, helped us figure out all of the options we had laid out, and even brought extra furniture pieces to the delivery to ensure we had the perfect sofa. We bought all of the pieces because we loved it so much. While there was a slight miscommunication with the delivery, between the busy upcoming holiday deliveries they have and our delayed move-in dates, Robinsons still brought us our furniture. Just today actually. It's beautiful. My house, that I've waited so very long for, looks like a home now 🖤 We are so grateful to them for their patience, professionalism, and willingness to work with us every step of the way. We are working with Cayla at Robinsons Outlet on a large furniture order. We started out working with a different furniture retailer in the region that has the same initials, but it was a nightmare experience. Its a breath of air so far working with Robinsons instead and the difference in shopping with a family business has been clear and much better so far. They are very accommodating and patient with the shopping process, answering questions thoroughly, and working to get the best price. It's a much more transparent process and we feel like Cayla has done a great job of setting realistic expectations and being honest. We are excited for our furniture to arrive and hope the whole process continues to go this smoothly. We plan to continue shopping here in the future if...
