I went to buy pretzels the other day. I have bought their pretzels before and they are very good. The people are nice too. But the younger gentleman who works there needs food sanitation training! I watched him sitting on a stool, in the front of the store, cleaning the bottom of his shoe with his bare hands and a rag. He then waited on a customer without even washing his hands! These soft pretzels are great! Plain, with sauce, or stuffed are all good.

Now, they are the less dense "cake" style, and I prefer the firmer "bagel" style pretzels. Just so you know what to expect.
