Lauren's Hallmark Shop — Local services in Lower Salford Township

If anyone hasn't been in a Hallmark store it's a good idea to take a trip and see what they have. some of the items that they carry normally are very unique add to that the amount of holidays specialty items and you will be mine boggled on what to choose. I find gifts there for every holiday. they have a large selection of cards, mugs, and ornaments to mention of few. Don't forget a large selection of holiday cards wrapping paper and novelty items. the people there behind the counter are extremely knowledgeable and polite making it a very delightful visit and you will be walking out with some unique items. some of the items do change year from year if you're a collector. The manager is very obnoxious and needs some customer service training. There are other non Lauren Hallmark store that are much friendlier and customer oriented. I would avoid this location at all cost especially if shopping with any kids. A manager has no right for herself or her associates to touch or yell at my kid. They were not doing anything wrong, shopping with mommy and picking out what they wanted. Love Hallmark just not this location due...

Hallmark candles are advertised at BOGOF. Store manager charged full price, however, internet and corporate said they are supposed to be BOGOF. DROVE 40 minutes back to store to rectify with clerk who was rude and tried to make me feel it was an inconvenience for her when I did all the running.
