Main Street Salad — Restaurant in Lower Salford Township

First time visiting Main Street Salad today…definitely first of many future visits. Walked into a welcoming atmosphere…the inviting store front is scattered with sweet little succulents. I was welcomed with a warm friendly greeting & a genuine smile from Ben. Ben was extremely kind, helpful, efficient & professional. Working in the customer service hospitality industry for most of my life, I always value great service from people who actually enjoy doing it! Food was delicious & was prepared perfectly! Ben used gloves to start my wrap, came to ring up my order…(I paid in cash)threw out the gloves & put on a new pair to take my wrap off the grill to package it for me. Huge deal to me! Working in restaurants/bar will open your eyes to things you never thought a person preparing your food would overlook. Thank you Ben for being awesome! Usually, I will tip when I receive great service but there is a sign on the register regarding no tipping. I was a little taken back by it but to know the staff is being generously compensated for their authentic customer service skills is pretty cool. Me and my partner went for lunch and could not be more impressed! The building was so cute!! If you’re a plant lover you’ll definetly love the decor! Today is their opening day and while you can definetly tell they’re a bit nervous the staff was so friendly and eager to help! I got the “southwest ranch salad” and it was phenomenal! My partner also got the “Where’s Waldorf salad” and he said the chicken salad was better than Paneras!! They have a wide variety of choices and three different blends of salad bases! Also, I know I saw somewhere that their prices may be a bit high, but imo the quality of ingredients and amount of salad received definitely makes it worth it!! Additionally, after speaking with the kitchen staff they mentioned that they swap their salads out every few weeks!! I’m very interested to see what else they come up with!

Phenomenal service and wonderful, abundant food. I ordered online and received a call a few minutes later. The employee wanted to ensure that I had ordered the correct dressing. She explained two items that are similar and offered to send a container of one of them along for me to try. The salad was great! It was big enough that I saved about a third for the next day (I honestly think it's about once a year that I get enough at a restaurant to have leftovers, especially with a salad).
