Went here with my bf over the weekend and had the absolute best time ever. It was my birthday and I somehow had this bright idea that at 30+ years old we should just go be two big kids lol. Needless to say when we left our bones and muscles reminded us of our age lol. But honestly the staff here is absolutely LOVELY! 10/10. We’re from New York and kept talking about them on the way home. I’m super big on leaving reviews, especially good ones because I truly believe when it’s deserved it’s just deserved, and this one surely is by FAR! When you’ve got staff smiling from the moment you’re greeted, to every area you walk to, as your equipment is being put on you, as your equipment is being checked at every checkpoint, when you have staff remembering your names and cheering you on as you’re 40 feet in the air swinging on ropes wondering what in the world did I get myself into, I mean they were just lovely. I wish I could remember everyone’s name but there was this one blonde lady by the ropes with glasses on Sunday and she was suchhhh a delight to our souls. Stella at the end of the zip line and the young man that covered her break, Mr walker up at the top of the zip line, the group of young guys by the safety gear and the initial greeter and person you meet once you walk into the park who explains everything to you, I wish I remembered her name but she remembered ours when we were leaving and even said happy birthday and even just that little gesture was so memorable. Overall the park itself is great, tiring for my poor muscles but super fun and the staff just made it 10x Better! Thank you all

We booked the first ticket at 10 AM and honestly, it turned out to be the best decision. The park wasn’t really busy yet—it was morning, but not too early—so we had minimal wait times and ample opportunities to take our time. That relaxed vibe made the whole experience even more enjoyable. The park offers a ton of activities—from high ropes and ziplining to rock walls and a free-fall jump. It’s exciting but manageable for all experience levels.

All employees were fun, encouraging, and had a great sense of humor. We did the 4 hour course which I recommend to be able to get it all in, with enough time for a break for food to re-energize. The ropes course was definitely more challenging than I thought, especially course 3! Lots of balance and upper body strength. Don't do it the day before a...
