Lund’s puts out a good product in their ‘Sea Legend’s brand sea scallops. They apparently search worldwide to fill their bags. These were harvested from Japan. After defrosting, pat them dry, season w S & P, dredge in flour and shake off excess. Melt butter & EVOO in a pan, place scallops in pan and don’t touch for 3-4 minutes, turn over, add more butter, wine, minced garlic and fresh flat leaf parsley. Finish w lemon juice and serve. 4 is plenty per serving. Put the remainder in a freezer bag, insert a straw on the side and partially close up, suck out the air, the bag will collapse around the product, and remove the straw. Zip up. No more...

Picking up form here is a nightmare. People here doesn’t value your time and are really arrogant. They told me to back into a dock all of a sudden some other truck pulls up and says your product is not ready anymore. Real straight forward practices. Ended up wasting 3 hours. They have no idea what they are doing they will keep saying things which are completely opposite to what they said...

Lund's operates tractor trailers with drains that simply dump fish blood and oils in the road as they drive. When I called to complain about this disgusting practice and the fact that it covered my car with thier crud, they did not even have the courtesy to call me back!
