Lundās puts out a good product in their āSea Legendās brand sea scallops. They apparently search worldwide to fill their bags. These were harvested from Japan. After defrosting, pat them dry, season w S & P, dredge in flour and shake off excess. Melt butter & EVOO in a pan, place scallops in pan and donāt touch for 3-4 minutes, turn over, add more butter, wine, minced garlic and fresh flat leaf parsley. Finish w lemon juice and serve. 4 is plenty per serving. Put the remainder in a freezer bag, insert a straw on the side and partially close up, suck out the air, the bag will collapse around the product, and remove the straw. Zip up. No more...
