Trust me when I say that you NEED the Bacio Bacio bridal experience!! Where do I even begin?! As soon as I stepped foot into Bacio Bacio I felt extremely welcomed and special. Amy is so sweet and genuine. You can tell she truly has a passion for finding brides their perfect dress. She really made me enjoy the whole process of trying gowns on and was genuinely so excited when I said yes to my dress. Olga took care of my alterations and she is so talented and thorough. My mom then booked their wedding day preparation package since my dress had an extremely long (but gorgeous) extension to my train so I wouldn’t have to worry about getting it on and off after the ceremony and pictures were over. Little did I know Lenyce and her daughter would actually make my entire wedding day absolutely amazing. I really don’t think I would have made it down the aisle if it weren’t for them. They came to my venue and steamed not only my dress, but also my mom’s, and fixed my bridesmaid’s dress that was completely broken at the zipper. They went so above and beyond what they were called there to do it genuinely touched my heart. From running to the grooms suite across the venue with boutonnieres in hand, fanning me down with whatever they could find to keep me from sweating before I walked down the isle, to being a place of peace in the chaos of wedding day madness for not only me, but also my mom- I can 100% grantee that you will never find another bridal concierge service that will go the extra mile like they did for me. Bacio Bacio Bridal is a wonderful dress shop full of the kindest staff and the most beautiful gowns. I cannot recommend them enough! Lenyce is so sweet and welcoming and Gina, who was my stylist for the appointment, was so patient and kind. I went in for my appointment with only a couple of Pinterest photos for inspiration and Gina helped me navigate the many styles of dresses to find out what I liked. For someone as clueless and indecisive as me Gina turned what could have been a stressful experience into such a fun couple of hours with my bridal party. She was able to effectively narrow down what aspects of dresses I did and didn't like, and in the end she was the one who picked out the dress that I said yes to! I actually came to Bacio Bacio Bridal as a bridesmaid back in 2019 and we had a wonderful experience then as well, sipping champagne and watching the bride try on gorgeous gowns. We drove to 3 other dress shops that day, but ended up back at Bacio Bacio to purchase the bride's favorite dress. Little did I know that years later I would be purchasing my own wedding dress here as well! I truly cannot recommend Bacio Bacio Bridal more highly, it's a shop filled with happy, kind, generous ladies who love their jobs and will make your dress shopping experience the best part of your wedding planning! Extremely Disappointing and Heartbreaking!! My daughter ordered her wedding dress here and it has been nothing but a nightmare of an experience. Now she is a week away from her wedding and the dress is not what she wanted and her dream wedding is an epic failure thanks to this store. The dress she tried on at the store did not reflect being a mermaid dress yet when they ordered the dress she was in between a size 4 and 6 and the store should have aired on the side of caution and ordered the bigger size but they didn't and the dress was too tight and now looked like a mermaid dress. Despite my daughter crying her eyes out and expressing to them that the dress was NOT at all what she wanted, they insisted that the dress looked great on her. This pushy technique made her feel extremely uncomfortable. At the second dress fitting the seamstress said she could give her the look she wanted and add fabric to the dress to remove the mermaid look, but despite her best efforts it was still very much a mermaid dress. I can't understand how a store who does this professionally can make such a grave mistake. My daughter made it VERY clear from the first time we were there that she HATED the mermaid dress and did not want that, but that is exactly what she ended up with. As a mom this breaks my heart that she will have this horrible memory everytime she looks at her pictures. Shame on all of you who were so pushy with...
