Kobosko Kreamery — Restaurant in Florida

The love I have for Kobosko kreamery is unreal!!! I I'm a regular customer my whole family eats there weekly, but tonight was just a very bad experience. I took my ice cream home just to find hair in it. I was so upset bc I went all the way home where I live by the palm beach outlets. Had to throw all 4 ice cream out , So upset & disappointed!! I would of drove back but they close at 10 and i wouldn't make it back on time And on top of that the last time I was there and today I just felt like I was so rushed & 3 different girls attending me. Each girl should focus on the customer they are attending there are plenty of girls working there I didn't understand why I was attended by more then one i was just annoyed. I have been coming to Kobosko creamery for years and brought most of my friends because of the delicious ice-cream. Yesterday I felt not welcome, as soon as we walked in, we were asked can I help you like being rushed. I had five friends with me. We were trying to select or read our options and not even once we were asked if we wanted to taste. Told the girl multiple times we are looking trying to see what we want to buy, She looked at me with no facial expressions. When I went to pay with samsung pay the girl told me immediately it did not go thru, I said it's just asking for my passkey and she said "oh". Mother's day Flowers UGG!! picked up an order placed by a friend's out of bc town daughter.Shevasked if I would pickup and deliverer roses she ordered for her mother. Theybwere tightly packed I couldn't see their condition. Dropped off flowers shortly after picking them up Next morning, Sunday Mother's day, 1/2 the bouquet dead or wilted and I learned that they not the colors her daughter has ordered.
