Kohl's — Local services in Lubbock

I don’t shop much at Kohl’s but my family does. I have bought some things in past years. Always had great services but today was unbelievable. I go to pickup an online order for my sister. It’s her dress to a wedding this weekend. I wait and see 2 to 3 go before me. I’m in a separate line for online pickup. 1 lady working behind the counter while dozen other Kohl employees walk right us and ME. It becomes my turn and I told her who it’s under. She finds it and says I need my drivers license to even pick it up. Never has happened in the few years I have been there. I tell her I will be right back with my licenses since I left it in my car, thinking I’ll be in and out. Go back in and there’s a long line now. Before, it was just me waiting. They refine the order and retell them who it is under. The guy goes back and gets it. He gives it to me without having to see my license. I spent a good 30 minutes waiting to get an online order that should have taken 10 minutes or less. I don’t know if I’ll be going back again.

I was there personally the other night. I was also looking for a dress for a wedding I’m going to with my family. I have no help. I spent a good 20 minutes walking around trying to find the women dresses. There weren’t all in one place. They were scattered. I will leave some good since it was around 8-ish when I was there. It was just unbelievable how many employees I say standing around and doing nothing. Just talking to each other. No one greeted me both times I was there. I had really great service while I was checking out. The cashier, she was really nice. Told me to have a great and safe night. I’m still not thinking...

It's been a while since I shopped at Kohl's and now I remember why. They have to have the worst customer service in town. I was looking for a golf attire and first of all couldn't find any help in the area. This was around 8:50 pm on 6/30. Then a younger smaller woman with black hair who I had seen at the register earlier walk by and has her badge in her hand. I ask her where this pair of pants came from because I wanted a different size. She tells me to take it to the register and ask there because she's on break. There are three people already waiting in line at the only register open lol you have to be kidding me. Then literally 3 mins later I see her go back to her register. So she couldn't take 3 mins off her break to help? It's people like this that make me hope Kohl's shuts down for good. Just no care in the world for their job. I hope a manager reads this and knows who I'm talking about. Terrible. Oh wait almost forgot the second part , so I am paying and have the card in one hand and keys/phone in another the other young woman with a ponytail at the register asks if I have a kohls account. I said I believe so and start telling her the number. She says no you have to enter it in the keypad. I know for a fact they can enter it for you. Lazy people cannot help at all. So ridiculous. So instead of dropping everything in my hands just to enter the number I tell her to forget it. Never going to Kohl's again. The sad thing is even when the company say to contact them or whatever about the incident the people who need to be disciplined go about their duties without any correction. So sad and...

This store is extremely high on and their products have became very cheaply made. The sale ads are a joke. You get bad service, cheap clothes, cheap household products that don't even compared to other stores with quality and customer service. If I want cheap clothes I can go to walmart and get better clothes at better prices. I ordered two pair of high price levi jeans on-line. That I just hung my closet. The are so cheaply made. I am embarrassed to wear them. I could have got better at a second hand store. Two years ago, I bought the same jeans at kohl's that were made of higher quality. I bought some really nice looking name brand shoes that look like a flea market knock off brand name shoe. I haven't worn them because they are so knock off they hurt my feet. I got a good deal on some supposedly a good brand socks. Had them two months and they look I had them for 2 years. I have an account, but once I pay these shoes, I won't be buying anything else unless Kohls goes back to selling a better quality. And will not buy anything on line from Kohls on-line again. I can by better shoes at payless, I better clothes at Wal-Mart for the money.
