Bought a vanilla $300 gift card at this location for granddaughter. The scammers burned through $295.00 of it as soon as it was activated. When we asked the manager about it. He was nothing but defensive and blaming our granddaughter speculating our granddaughter gave someone the information. I've bought several thousands of dollars worth of the same gift cards at other united locations for same granddaughter over the years never had a problem. Two stars because I should have known better than to spend hard earned money in the united ghetto store, thinking that they would have extra security keeping an eye on things at this location. I don't recommend shopping at this location and would stay clear on 50th and Q location just for good measure.
As a long time customer of united and certain I've spent more than a 100k over the years i would have expected at least a sympathetic word and maybe a I'll have the employees keep a close eye on the gift cards, but no. just a not my fault nothing I can do about it....

I’ve been coming to this United for quite some time so it gets to the point where you’re very familiar with the staff. But the old produce manager retired, he was so nice and very helpful. I was hopeful for the same hardworking and care from the new manager but I was wrong. He seems very careless about putting stuff out, like he’s always standing around not doing his job and when I asked for help he raises his voice almost yelling at me that he is new and isn’t familiar with the placement of things. While that’s understandable, there’s no reason to yell at a customer. Also you can clearly ask the other employees that work in the back that have been there longer, to tell you where something is. Overall he’s just extremely disrespectful and negligent, I hope that they either get a replacement or make him take proper training since he’s obviously not fit to...

Mostly talking to the bagger most of the transaction Didn’t ask how was our day Did we find everything ok , I did my transaction And then my niece did hers , Which she tried to pay in two payments Which it gave her the receipt for how much was available on card , waited for her to process that , talking to bagger for a good 3 mins , But just said it was denied and continue talking to bagger still ,
