Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lubbock

This place is the ONE to go to if you love meaty toppings because they put on a very good amount per pizza! It's almost too much. But if you love lots of cheese and sauce, you have to ask for extra. Normally I want extra cheese, but they put on just enough to please me normally. Their place is quite clean from what I could see from their big drive thru window; I chose pickup though they offer contactless curbside service, too. They were friendly and have gotten my order right every time I get pizza there. They don't offer the brownie dessert so if you want sweets you'll need to make due with the big chocolate chip cookie. I ordered online and drove off to pickup not getting the message that there was some kind of problem with my order, as I don't use my phone while driving. Once I arrived my order had been filled anyway. I had opted to pay on pickup, so that might have been the problem; I simply don't like giving visa numbers on phone if I can avoid it. If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered 2 medium pizzas and an order of boneless wings. The app said our order was ready, so we went to the drive up to pick up our order. The first girl who came to the window asked the name on the order and never came back. We waited over 15 minutes for someone to even address us again, finally with our order. She brought out our order laughing trying to be apologetic but never once came in between the 15 minute additional wait to let us know it would be an extra wait time. Had we not paid online already, we would’ve left and went to Domino’s. If you’re short staffed or something went wrong, we’re humans and we understand but at least communicate that to your customers or don’t push it through as ready on the app. We’ll never order here again. I highly suggest just going to Domino’s instead bc we have never had this issue there. But we wanted to try something different and give Pizza Hut a chance. Do not recommend this...

Well had several things go wrong yesterday with our order for one they took it to the wrong house.. mind u it was paid for by cc and I tried calling for 2 hours to speak with someone and they kept hanging on up on me. Had to show up on location where they said they cancelled due to noone at home but the house they went to was neighbors but it is empty noone lives there. No one called or bothered to double check address and when we showed up and asked when we would get our order manager said they would take it and it was up to the cashier if we get a discount. Instead we waited so we didnt have anymore problems and when they gave us order they were holding it so we wouldn't grab it saying we had to pay but mind u I paid almost 3 hrs before by cc.
