United is by far, the best supermarket around. Prices aren't that much higher than others. You get what you pay for.....lots of cashiers( hardly ever a wait), friendly peeps, and a wide variety of inventory to choose from. The only problem I have with this particular store, is the deli. The food is very inconsistant. Lots of errors on orders and short staffed, most of the time. I eat at all the United delis in town. I am all over the city every day. All the other United delis are spot on. This deli however is the worst of them all. For example, I had the brisket sandwich today. The meat was bland, fatty and, cut into inch to two inches thick pieces, and about the same in length. Eating bbq is messy altogether, but the way it was presented, was horrible. The whole sandwich fell apart and ended up on the table. I asked for chips and they were the bottom of the bag pieces. I've had enough bad experiences at this deli to keep me going to the others. It's a shame cause it's close to my home. I just dont understand why this deli is so inferior...

Whether the issue stems from management or a lack of employee responsibility that has gone unnoticed, I hope a sense of urgency is placed on correcting the issue. The issue being a substantial amount of expired shelf foods, and molded produce. It is concerning to see expired products upon inspection unloading groceries already purchased, as well as molded fruits the moment the package is opened and a layer removed. With the numerous occasions this has happened, there is a high possibility that a less attentive customer has consumed expired or molded products that were in that condition when purchased. In the instances that I must shop here, it is imperative to make sure the products I am purchasing are not already past the expiration date, and buying produce is out of the question. Read moreI ordered streetside pick up today & my pick up time was between 4-5pm. I arrived a little early at 3:55pm and went a head & called to let them know I was here. No one answered. I was directed to type my phone number in. At this point there was only one other car waiting. When the other car got their order the girl working asked me what my name was & went back in... 3 more cars arrived in the next 5-10 minutes and all of them were loaded before anyone said anything to me again. I called again... no answer. Now it’s 4:35... I waited. At 4:50 I called again & they answered & said they would have it out promptly. My groceries were brought to me at 4:55pm. I waited an hour for grocery delivery. I don’t think anyone was not doing their job, or intentionally brought groceries out to cars out of order but I think they could use a few more employees to help out especially during...
