Just pulled into Ludlow Service Plaza at 7pm on a Monday night. We have an SUV pulling a travel trailer. Like most of the Mass Turnpike plazas If we pull into the truck/ trailer side to park there is no way to get back to the regular gas pumps. Tonight there was room to park in the car parking lot. When we pulled out of the parking lot and tried to get gas we could only access the right side of the gas pumps and since they are angled to drive through from the left side, it is impossible for a travel trailer (or large camper, boat trailer, etc) to buy gas!! Who designed those angled pumps? Who put no access road from the truck parking side where RVs must park, to the gas pumps? (Only diesel is available from behind the building.) There are more RVs on the road than ever and you have made it impossible to both park and buy gas. Incredibly...

The coffee is really good from the convenience store and the staff is...

The ugly: 5 something for a Big Mac! That's almost six dollars just for the sandwich. The super ugly: $11 dollars for a crispy chicken value meal. I can't even imagine how much their gas cost at this rest stop Plaza, it's a good thing I didn't need none. Other than that, it's clean and no complaints about the service. However, the jacked up prices alone makes me give them a two...
