I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at one of your locations today. I ordered a drink that included two scoops of matcha, which I paid for, but my drink was made incorrectly and did not contain the matcha. When I returned to inform them of the mistake, I was told they would not be able to remake the drink and was instead charged again for their error.
To make matters worse, as I was on the phone discussing the issue with a friend, a female employee with blonde hair interrupted my conversation, became hostile, and began arguing with me, insisting that my drink had been made correctly. However, I had already consumed part of the drink and knew for certain that the matcha was missing. The location of this Starbucks is along a turnpike, making it impossible to turn back immediately after realizing the mistake.
I find it unacceptable that I had to pay twice for a drink that was not made correctly the first time, and even more disappointing was the unprofessional and aggressive behavior of the staff. Good customer service should prioritize customer satisfaction, and in this case, my concerns were dismissed and met with hostility.
I hope that Starbucks will take this issue seriously and consider evaluating staff training to ensure that future customers do not experience...
