When your told to keep communication this and that. And I did right away, after getting into a car accident why I even went to there 1st place & your finances was getting low your only short not even a quarter less than a quarter still owed and you ask, and told them that you will make that payment WAY before next payment the following month AUG . 19th is due. Isn't that communication RIGHT???
Now mind you again been looking for a job went to several interviews.. DOING MY PART TO GET INCOME...So WHY the daily calls??? How are you assisting with helping me?
I KNOW I still have owe it is on the list alone with rent and other monthly bills. But that doesn't help me with the daily calls @ ALL, it only adds more stress to a person who struggles with depression. And a person with depression and stress dont mix well at all.

Just a little advice don't tell your customer that no matter what is going on always communicate and than call every day like clock work. Allow your customer grace especially going through something that just happened, doesnt owe 1 or 2 months of payments, has communicate over and over, also paid something may not been the full amount it was something.
Now a check up everyother day or allow the ME the customer to call and update you NOW That's helping !!!

I called and spoke with a caucasion female on Friday, August 5, 2016 asking her about the landmark sign they had quoting their $199 down special. I asked her which cars she had to offer for that specific offer. She said that I would have to come in to check it out refusing to tell me over the phone. On Saturday, August 6, 2016 I went to the site located at 1517 N. Timberland Dr. Lufkin, Tx 75901, and there was a young caucasion male cranking the cars. I asked him what were their $199 down vehicles. He pointed at a two door red cab manual truck, and a hashback golden color no trunk malibu. Both vehicles were very out of style and out of date to my liking. I then saw a silver 4x4 jeep that caught my eye. I asked how much they wanted and talked about the milage. He gave me an unreasonable price; and what they wanted down on the vehicle stated on the glass, was not the jacked up price that he stated. Next, I saw, big as day, $299 written on the windshield of a Ford Explorer; and this my readers, is what took the cake and left my cake out in the rain forever more with this particular location. I went to crank the SUV and before I could give the key in the ignition a turn he says, "It has a little ticking." I immediately stopped my search for a vehicle and thanked him for his time. Meanwhile, while I was walking back to my car I was thinking, no wonder those cars have such low deposits.. They are ALL LEMONS! Why have a lemon on your sales ground, only to have to tell the buyer we can get it fixed?! I personally heard him talk horribly about the gas and mileage: after I asked him about it. Update: my second purchase has not turned out to be as good as the first one. I was not even 1 week into the purchase and the AC went out. The other issues needing to be addressed the front end popping when I make turns, the shaking that prevents from driving over 65, whatever is going on in the rear end that cause the head rest to shake like it does go unanswered as well. I have waited all week for Tony to do the right thing and call me after I was told a mechanic near me would be located to fix my car and yet here I am no call. I was told I could trade it for another one but something inside tells me that it's not going to go well for me The Buyer. I took all the money I was paid from the accident that totaled my original car and gave towards this purchase and insurance. I can't believe this is how Corporate CarMart allows people to be treated but they do. But hey let me work harder to fix the scam car they knew they were selling.
