Previously using Roans twice, the exp. I just had was very unbusinesslike. I called 2 or 3 times and was treated patronizingly. I got the DISTINCT impression, on the phone, and when someone did me the HUGE favor of stopping by for 3 minutes to tell me I had nothing of value, that it was just TOO MUCH BOTHER. I am not looking to make money ... I had hoped Roans would help me as they did before. I don't know why the man on phone did not just say Roans was not interested. It was a waste of my time to arrange to be home for the 3 minute appointment. I don't even care they wanted to sell none of what I am selling ... it was attitude. Need I remind Roans ... we, the people you buy from, and hold auctions for, WE HAVE KEPT YOU IN BUSINESS. Better brush up...
