Okay, maye a bit biased here because I am buddies with Jeremiah and used to work with him around several years ago. I just got done writing another review for a different business and figured I would do him a solid and leave a good review! first of I am a kind person and will happily give a 4 star review and for he this represents above average business and for me a three is average. Jeremiah is extremely good at making you feel welcome and is very good with understanding his product and if he cannot help you he has a plethora of guys he knows that can help with nearly any problem you have! when you pay for his product he makes it his personal responsibility to stand by his product and he is not afraid to go to battle for you if you have problems with a product and the mfg tries to back out on you and should be fixed! he is a great salesman and operates under the idea you lose 100% of the sales you don't ask for yet he is balanced with respect for the customer if you say you're just looking he will recommend you get connected with some of the many varieties of clubs he has connected with and give you some fun free resources to check out to help you get educated on the hobby before commiting. he is passionate about the hobby and especially quality. sometimes he can come across as putting down other products but he cares about people getting good value out of their purchases so if he says save up and get something better I would listen! I have personally wasted so much money on off brand stuff and there is certainly a place for off brand stuff but usually its not as big a bargain as you think it will be. he will also do consignment on stuff and boy oh boy you can find some deals if you are fast enough get there before its sold! I love that he does this and he has saved both me and many other people some money and helped others get some extra cash in a pinch! the only thing keeping him from being 5 stars is a bigger shop, running simulator, maybe some extra help for himself on busy days, and maybe an rc track behind the shop! if there was a 4.5 star option that would be what i would give him. if you see a 5 star review from me its rare and Jerimiah knows if it were anyone else this would be 5 stars! but for me 5 stars is reserved for businesses that I literally cannot think of a single suggestion to improve it, the best of the best cannot get any better but I am not sure that is physically possible! hope this helps you out and I highly recommend visiting the shop! Seems like a cool place but this is the 3rd time I have arrived at the store during its listed business hours just to find it closed.

I waited 35 minutes in the parking lot to see if maybe the owner was out on lunch but did not see him.

I will change this review if I get a response, explaining that they are closed from 12-1 or something and Google won’t update etc.

I try to support local instead of sourcing offline but special trips out to find it closed literally the 3 times I went is a pain. The first time it happened I called the listed number and the owner said he was sick, he did come in and sold me a premium lipo charger. I figured that was a 1 time thing. What are the chances that 1 year later and 1 year and 2 months later it’s closed in middle of the day?

Not one to leave reviews but this shop is great. Responded to a chat I sent on the website right away. Great customer service. Not pushy to put you in the most expensive stuff. Told him what I was looking for. He pointed out trucks in that class. We went for the maxx over the Hoss. He pointed how how much stronger the chassis was. Got us into the toughest thing in our budget point. Now my wife son and I can bash for hrs without breaking too easy. Beautiful shop very comfortable place to be. Will return for all my RC needs as I return to the hobby with my family. Oh and prices are right on point with prices online! Can’t find that at places like...
