I started off with my daughter and I getting our hair done we got highlights. Janet did a nice job especially on my daughters hair. However when I tried to continue service she was very unprofessional the next time I went for highlights she had taken a walk in and I had to wait an hour with no compensation. I then scheduled a hair cut appointment for my two younger children and she just wasn’t there. I showed up on a Saturday morning and I texted her and she was away for the weekend. I thought it was rude of her to not have notified me. I tried one more time and again no compensation after I drove a half hour the weekend before for her to be a no show and I had to wait with kids this time an hour after she took a walk in. I went to see Janet to get a hair cut (short). I have to say. She is the most passionate hairdresser. I have ever gone to. She gave me a pixie cut which I absolutely love love!! Last time she cut my hair it grew in Beautiful!! That’s how u know you get a good cut!! She’ not only cuts ur hair but she styles it! So my wife started going to Janet when we first moved to the neighborhood. She told me she is also a barber. I was very picky and had been going to the same barber for years.
