Managers of property were kind, helpful and caring I believe.
Corporate owners didn’t value their residents at all. Rent went up STEEPLY during the 7 years I was there and they reneged on giving my 91 year old Dad a 40B rate after he was told he qualified, and would be in a 40B between 2 and 8 months.
Each month he was basically told he was next in the list.... , and after 18 months of waiting for the apartment he was told he no longer qualified!!!.
Finally , my Dad , who never missed a month’s rent and who was also one of Lynnfield Commons most popular residents,, packed up and moved out the end of December 2016 , disappointed, exhausted and dejected.
8 months later, in August, my Dad passed. It would have been to the benefit of Corporate if he had enjoyed the last year or two of his life without all that stress !!!

I have now lived in this apartment complex for over four months and words can not describe how bad of an experience I have had with the management company since my first day. I wish I was able to post pictures of how bad my apartment was. I live in the only building that allows pets and this is a building they will not show you on your tour. The hallways have so much pee in them that you can smell it all the way from the fourth floor when come in from the garage. My kitchen sink which was broken from day one only finally got really fixed last week. Dog pee and poop where ever they want in the building its really gross. So again stay away from this...
Read moreWe have been living here for 1.5 years paying timely and in full. At time of moving out we faced with arrogant attitude from the management. It's a long story with paperwork, legal terms, notification letters that turned out to not be notifications at all and all that sort of attitude of haughty corporation to tenants they make money on and ultimately take advantage of. One of few company I do not recommend to deal with. UPDATE: I called their corporate office for 3 days in a row, left voicemails and my contacts to the representative to pass it to the right person who can call me back.
