I really hate to give a bad review. It’s the last thing I enjoy doing however, this was bad. I got the barbecue chicken pizza. The chicken was so dry. I just couldn’t eat it and it was a drizzle of barbecue sauce over it. No flavor dry chicken didn’t even eat the pizza. I also got a chicken Parmesan pasta over ziti, barely any chicken. It was awful. Barely a quarter cup of pasta sauce on it if that at all. When I opened it up, all the pasta was dry and stuck together, and there was a tiny little scoop in the middle of sauce again barely edible. I had to add my own jar sauce to it and still couldn’t eat it. The one thing that we did enjoy was the chicken wings, but that was it most likely will not eat here again especially for a meal that cost me over $60 . Giovanni‘s in Saugus will now be my go to place as it has been. Much better pasta all around. Much better quality and I get 3 meals out of one. Also it’s $10 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays Again I hate to leave a bad review. I’ve gone to Lynnfield House. My whole life. When your food comes to you In a brown box be prepared for a treat!

I ordered the chicken club basket and a slice of cheesecake. The total came up to $19 and instantly I regretted my decision.

The cheesecake was ok nothing special and way overpriced in my opinion.

However when I opened that box of food I was 🤩 wowed. The steak fries were in abundance and cooked proper. The sandwich has toasted bread to hold that tasty chicken salad with bacon, lettuce, and tomatoes.

That was the BEST BASKET I’ve eaten in almost 20 years. Quality product well put together and worth every bit of the $12.

Good job to LHOP! I’ll be back to try more options but so far this is a 5star pizza joint.

Worst service I have encountered, I called for a delivery for 4 pizza's and 2 orders of fries that came to $93. When I told her to cancel the order and before I could REVISE it the staff hang up on me. I call back they place me on hold and you can hear cross talk that I am some lady playing "games" and I got hung up on again. The final time i called back asking to talk to a manger, i am told that it was my fault for ordering a large order and canceling it when the order wasn't even finished or paid for when I said to cancel. We just had a death in the family today and we were looking to have something easy for dinner, and they made a crappy day even worse. I wouldn't recommend, the staff I encountered were...
