Dollar General — Local services in Lyons

well 1 thing is this store is short on staff ..went today and the employee was stocking could not hardly get around with the volume of customer that u have now with the remodeling...you should have a night stocker to do the truck..so the day crew can focus on people what's and needs ..like have more checkouts so people won't have to stand in line for 20 to30mins ...if I drive by and see more then 5 cars there I will go to the other store up the street....I'm not going to stand in line for that long ..has a pass mgr of a store departments or customer where #1. just remember the 3A ...Acknowledged...assist...Appreciate....well thank...

I specifically asked the clerk if I had only two bags and was told yes. I left the store someone else emptied the bags and put my purchases away when I arrived home. Approximately one hour later I discoved I had four items missing three of the items were perishable. I returned to the store and my missing items had been placed under the counter instead of placing them in refrigeration. This type of customer service is...

I like Dollar General but why are their parking lots always so dark? They never turn on the outside lights. No sign, no parking lot lights. This holds true for Lyons, Lindsborg, Russell, and one side of the one in Hays. (It’s right on a busy street not set back like all the others. Seems to be a company thing.
