I live in NC, saw this shop posted on a popular antique page on TikTok. Just happened to notice a pitcher in one of the pictures that matched a set of canisters I have. Found the shop information and called, asked for a price and requested shipment if I paid for shipping. Owner was very rude over the phone, dismissive, interrupted me speaking several times. I completely understand if she was busy as I heard people in the background but complained about having to go look for this item. When trying to explain I did not know where it specifically was in-store as I am out of state and going off social media posts, she kept interrupting me asking me where it was in the store. I finally asked her to let me explain and it would make more sense. I love antique stores and unique items but customer service is HUGE. I work with people every day and I understand we all have “off” days, but please be kind. For a place called vintage soul I had high hopes. They have a lot of jewelry and clothing here which is nice if you're into that.
