Subway — Restaurant in Lyons

I placed an order last night at 9:45-9:50 on the mobile app it said order would be ready by 10:10 so I pulled up to pick up my already payed for order, there was a sign on the door that they closed at 10:00 due to covid 19 I was unaware of this the night shift employee was still inside when he seen me at the door he screamed no, from behind the Bain so I let him know I had the pick up order all he had to do was open the door and hand it to me he informed me that (still thru closed door from behind the Bain ) that I would have to get it in the morning I work over night and had limited time to go somewhere else to get dinner for the night and was late to work because of this. I feel like if your hours are changed due to any reason then the app should be updated. I've worked for subway for many years and wouldn't even think about treating any of my costumer with the disrespect I was shown last night. I was standing in line for a good 20 minutes while waiting to be waited on. The employees kept making online orders that were coming in through the app. Im sorry but I've been standing there for a long time and these app orders were steadlity coming in and I was still being ignored. As a customer who's order wasn't even started yet but she paid on the online app had walked in they once again didn't start my salad to attend to her and the girls excuse was she already had paid for it! I don't care if she already paid for it I was in the building for 20 minutes. I was in there before she ordered and paid for it! The girl then proceeded to tell me.to leave if I didn't like it. I ordered around 916pm and it got to me by 945, door dash. I ordered them toasted and one single corner of my sandwich had any coloring to it. The veggies were funny tasting. I ordered salt and pepper to be added and it wasn't, not even a little. Almost every restaurant I eat from lately ruins my orders. Maybe it's a good thing since I don't really need to eat out... But occasionally I want to treat myself or my family to something besides home cooked meals, sometimes I need a break.
