Fantastic selection at the 22 mile rd store. I cannot speak for their other site/s but assume it to be the same. If there is an annual you want or vegetable plant you can find it here. This is the biggest advantage of shopping at Denewith's. It has also expanded the show section of pre-planted arrangemts and it is fun to explore the central display area. The perennial selection, trees, and shrubs selections are not as large as Weigands or English gardens but it is adequate and I highly recommend going there. The prices are on par with Weigands, English Gardens, etc ut they are higher than smaller garden centers that do not have the pre-planted and other inside marketing but you can rely on their quality. You can also get on their email and mailing list and will get coupons every year that make the pricing much better when you hit $30 or $50 purchase targets. Last but not least their staff is FANTASTIC. Very knowledgeable to help you avoid choices not appropriate for the planting area you have. There is a good chance if you ask their name you will discover you are talking...
Read moreI always get my flowers from this store in the spring. I greatly appreciate their curbside pick up this year. I ordered my flowers on April 18th, online for pick up on May 2nd (second day that pick ups were available). My order was not together at pick up. Two items were brought out wrong, and one was missing. I had my order with me, which was needed, or I probably would have gone home with the wrong flowers. One item they did not have, and offered a substitute of a different color. I had planned out my color scheme based on what they were offering online. I did not want the other color. They were offering a refund, I requested a increase in the pot size to complete my flower plan for the summer. They did as requested. Moral of the story, bring your order with you and double check everything...
Read moreWow! I’m such a fan! This place has gorgeous and healthy plants that stretch for miles. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is that a couple of my multi-pack annuals had 5 instead of 6 plants. The sixth just had planting soil which you couldn’t really see until they were spaced out on the counter. I asked the cashier if she could give me 17% off of those two packs to make up for the missing plants, and she refused. She told me I could go find different six-packs, but I was out of time and didn’t have time to go all the way back to two different sections of the greenhouse (one was a zinnia and one was a calibrachoa) to find replacements then get back into line and check out. I bought them at full price and left. Next time, I will be more careful and check to make sure the 6-packs...
