Edit: First and foremost, I would like to thank the technician John for his time so close to closing time in trying to find out what was wrong with my laptop. As assumed, it was ASUS who had made the error and not the company. I cannot blame the company for what happened to my laptop, nor can I blame them for the time it took ASUS to repair the motherboard. As for the technician, he did end up getting back to me the same evening and working remotely to try to find out what was wrong. He stayed on until after business hours trying to repair it for me and was prompt in calling me back today at the time of opening. Great and timely service was done on my laptop the next go around.
My experience with this place was the absolute worst. I had a laptop that had milk spilled into it, my fault, but it took them over a WEEK to get to it, which allowed the milk to corrode the inside of the laptop. I bought a brand new laptop from them when it was found that my old one could not be saved. Within a month of purchase, the motherboard shorted. Because it was under warranty, they got it in under their "priority" list. Yeah, if by that, they mean they'll take a month to fix it. I gave them the laptop on October 5th, I received it back October 30th. That SAME day, I noticed issues with logging onto Microsoft and using my Windows app. I did not notice this until after business hours and I called today, Monday, November 2nd, around 1:20PM. Was told the technician was on lunch, so I asked if I could have a phone appointment booked for 3:30. 3:40 came along and I called and asked what happened. The technician was AWAY FROM HIS STATION and I was ONCE AGAIN given the run-around and was asked to wait even longer. Look. I just want my PRODUCT THAT -YOU- guys recommended...

Took my daughter MacBook Pro to get it diagnosis for an issue with the screen flickering and vertical lines. First they did not start working on the laptop until the next day and when they did call back they could not duplicate the issue but still say it will need a mother board for $600. I pickup my laptop only for them to charge me $85 for a diagnosis which they did not diagnosed the issue and did not replace any parts. These people are a rip off. I will never take any computer to this buisness again to get a diagnosis done. Also while I was at the counter paying them the customer on the other side was pickup his computer only for them to tell him the cost is $170 for battery and labor. He told the technician he already paid for the battery. The technician then told him it $60 for labor. The customer then advise the technician that they quoted him $50 for labor. He finally paid $50. Read moreProfessional and reasonably priced service. I came in for various reasons before, but the service I received while getting a new PC built was amazing. Each person was extremely knowledgeable and eager to help. I still have a lot to learn with maintaining my own computer, but they didn't take advantage of that to try and sell me products or services. Every technician and associate I spoke to seemed genuinely willing to help and happy to do so.
They built my PC when I gave myself a headache trying to get it to work and it runs like a charm, no problems. I also bought a refurbished monitor that I could swear is brand new. While I hope no issues arise where I need to get something fixed, I know if they do I'll be making Quality Computers...
