I only give it 2 stars because our waiter seemed geniune.. Other than that, won't be going back. Went there to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. Both of our silverware sets were dirty. Not just like water spot dirty, but fingerprints and grease dirty. Got another set. Took almost 15 mins to get our drinks. The whole ordering process was slow. Also when we got there the hostess sat us at the end of a row with a booth seat on one side and two chairs on the other side. I asked if we could be moved over to the next booth with booth seats on both sides. She initially said it was CLOSED. In that moment I was about to say let's go, then she said why not and she would let the waitress know. Apparently that's the reason it took almost 10 minutes before we were greeted by our waitress. The place was at most, about 50 percent full. But between us seating and finally placing our order, took about 40 minutes. They were sold out of the outlaw ribeye, the thing they advertise as one of the top things they sell and available. But okay, maybe everyone else wanted it that day and they did not manage to have enough on stock to last an entire day. So I settled with the T-Bone. I like my meat well done. But since I know it's hard sometimes to get a juicy well done T-Bone, I requested medium-well. It came out with blood on top. Cut into it and it was essentially rare. At this point I was done. My girlfriend said we need to say something, I didn't want to bother. But she did anyway. They took it back and brought it back out now practically charred, but guess what. The blood was gone, but still straight pink underneath the surface. I can't make this up. So my lady insisted on saying something again. Ultimately the steak was removed from our ticket. But hey the mash potatoes and broccoli was good. Fortunately my girlfriends meal was done well, and ultimately that's what mattered most to me. Funny thing is I've heard others say they have had bad experiences at this location before. I figured maybe just a random fluke. But...
Read moreWe had called ahead to put our name on the waitlist for a party of 6. In which we were NEVER told that you all did not have regular AC. When we got there, the hosts were RUDE they were just looking at each other and was not until I spoke that they even acknowledged us. When I told her my name she said "huh" three different times and when I told her I was the person who called for the party of 6 she rolled her eyes and said "well I ain't got it here." So another host helped her and led us to our table all while she kept talking to the other hosts and rolling her eyes at us. The restaurant was UNBEARABLE truly it felt like 80-90 degrees inside the restaurant and while more people arrived the hotter it got. We ordered 3 Strawberry Pecan salads which were served WITHOUT pecans. When we asked the waitress she brought us out a side of the pecans but how does it make sense that the food runners did not notice? When the main food was brought it the food runners were rude. We were telling him that the meat was not cooked right in which he began to raise his voice at us and said "YES IT IS" and "WHO'S FOOD IS THIS.” He just walked away when he was done handing out the food and our waitress Rachel instead took the steak back for us and had it properly cooked. The food runner brought it and just threw the plate on the table, while looking annoyed. Overall this was a terrible experience, and you all should have a sign on the door or at least let people who call know you do not have proper AC. The waitress (Rachel) was the ONLY person in the ENTIRE restaurant who was trying to be nice in...
Read moreFirst off, I absolutely loved my food. I got the outlaw ribeye with the mac and cheese and a salad and it was everything I hoped that would be. The steak was very good. My wife ordered the filet with loaded mashed potatoes and a Cesar salad. She also really loved her food.
Now, about the service. Our server took our order and after a while came back to hand us one of our two dinner salads. She then disappeared for 30 minutes, we know because we timed it. Eventually a runner brought us our entrees and we had to tell him that they forgot to bring us the cocktail we ordered, our other side salad, and the appetizer we ordered. We also had to request a soda refill because at no point during our time there where we offered a refill on water or anything else. The runner apologized and eventually came back with our missing side salad and appetizer, we were halfway through our entrees already. At some point our server returned and said that she was busy with another table. She finally brought the cocktail I ordered after I told the runner never mind. It was an old fashioned that was more grenadine than anything and was bright red. Our server only came back one more time and that was to bring us our check - we had been done eating for probably 15 minutes at that point. Generally, if something like this happens at a restaurant, they offer to remove something from your bill, that did not happen. I don't expect it, but it did cross my mind.
Maybe the server was having a bad day, maybe it's always like that. It doesn't really matter, we had a pretty bad experience. I wouldn't...
