I placed a call into Madison Fireplace & Patio over 6 days ago as our inside gas logs would not stay lit for more than a minute. The person that answered their phone told me to text them a picture of the gas logs, state the problem, and provide contact #. They said one of their service people would follow-up. We did all of that right away. Well, we haven't heard anything from them. And we even called/texted them again 3 days ago with no response from them. So, I ended up talking to a neighbor who gave me some pointers on how to fix the problem. I fixed it myself, but I can tell you that their customer service is terrible.
