I bought brand new whirlpool appliances from this place and I have been having issues with my refrigerator since it was delivered. It will not keep a low temp, fluctuates between 34 and 40 degrees when the digital temp is set to 33, and I've asked multiple times about it. I was told a technician would be sent out but I've yet to see one. I've lost hundreds worth of food and I'm afraid to keep or eat anything from it as we have gotten sick from it. Things that took days to defrost in my old fridge, take a day or less to defrost in this one. I hate posting bad things but I paid a ton of money to this place and this is just wrong! Update: they did come out and look at the refrigerator. Said that it was functioning as normal. I guess I have to buy another refrigerator that I can adjust the temp on to store my things, which I do not want to do but I guess I have no choice. Not happy with this refrigerator. I should have went with a side by side rather than the French door as well. I do not like the French doors on top with the bottom freezer option as you think you have more room but I feel...
