William G. Lunney Lake Farm Park Boat Launch — Local services in Madison

I was at the Lake Farm Observatory park today and there was 3 men in 3 different vehicles driving back and forth between the William G Lunney boat launch parking lot and the Lake Farm Observatory Tower. I was on my lunch break eating and relaxing in my car when a white truck backed in right next to me. I couldn't see him but he sat for a minute or 2 then drove back to the boat launch. He then came back a few minutes later and then drove very slowly towards me staring me down. It was very unsettling and I just want other people to be careful when visiting there. The 3 men in their vehicles continued to drive back and forth between parking lots until I think they realized I was nervous and they left behind me leaving. Be careful...
