Tillman Furniture — Local services in Magee

For starters the lady that waited on me & my mother was not friendly. No smile, no how are you, the standard greetings. Just a flat can I help you. My mother bought a complete bedroom set, over $600 worth on 12/18/2020. She was told they had 4 of that set in Brookhaven, so she paid for the whole set on the spot. Then to be told a few days later that apparently all 4 sets had been sold, odd that they were there when she was buying it. So I had to call on 1/8/2021 to find out about her purchase, no one from Magee had bothered to let her know anything. After they finally found her order, they told me it will be in any day. 1/21/2021 I has to call AGAIN, had to wait for them to FIND her order, still it will be here any day. No explanation from either call. She cancelled it and is getting a refund. When a customer has to call about their order on two separate occasions, that tells me there is absolutely no integrity, responsibility or customer service. I do not recommend Tillmans for any purchases. They lack every aspect of what a business...

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They can order some things and have it there the next day if needed. Some items to me are a little more than I like to spend. I have never had a unpleasant visit to Tillman's Furniture. Stop in to look and make some...
