Visited on 4/23/24. The lady had half her head shaved and was extremely rude and did not want to help anybody who came in the store. As I left, an older lady came in asking the girl to help her with her brand new device. The girl not only refused, but also told her she needed to go to another store. I went outside so I did not hear the rest of the conversation, but I waited outside to tell the woman how rude she was to me as well. The lady said she asked for her name to make a complaint and the girl told her that her manager informed her she did not have to provide a name and that they had name tags for a reason. When the lady tried to look at her name tag, she took her name tag and turned it around backwards so she could not get her name. Never in my life have I had somebody be so incredibly unhelpful and rude. I understand she was the only employee working, but that is not uncommon later in the evening. There is no reason for the attitude, the disrespect, nor the name tag removal. I hope this comment reaches her boss because if I was that lady I would be calling everybody I could until I got an apology! I will be driving the extra few minutes to go to any other AT&T before allowing her to disrespect me or anybody I know for now on. This...
   Read moreI was sent to the store by ATT support. I was told I needed a new SIM card and that it would be free. The store lady was VERY rude and said the ATT support does not know anything and that there was no way she was going to give me a free SIM card. She also said there are other services I could use. She was very pregnant and had a large friend with her. I visited on 6-22-24 6pm. This lady should not be working any retail or customer service job. Maybe Verision will be better.
July 7, 2024. I thought a follow-up would be appropriate. Per the suggestion of the black pregnant saleslady on 6-22-24 6pm I changed my ATT internet to another carrier ... STARLINK. Now my internet is not only great buy all of a sudden, my WiFi calling is working. After 20 years as a loyal ATT customer I finally have a service that gives what it promises. I should say thanks but being rude and nasty is still not appropriate for a customer...
