Great helped me every step of the way. Ann was great could ask for any better. I am updating this review. I had issue with my card and called in to let pink door know and to let them know. They sent me a new email and said to call back the next day all was good. But I decided to call my bank to see if the payment went through before I paid them. And the bank said yes it had and to not pay them again. So when I called them back I told them this and the lady basically said that is not what her system says and I need to pay, now mind you this was about a week before the payment would be late. So I said I am not paying you guys 2 times my bank says you guys already have the money. Then the lady told me to stop yelling at her which I was not yelling I did let her know I was fighting a cold and told her again at this time I am not yelling I am fighting a cold. I said I am not paying you unless you can reimburse the amount immediately once you find out I already paid. At this she said well let me refresh my system. She then found out I had paid and they had already got the payment. Did not say sorry and tried to blame her computer for the mess up. I think take responsibility for not refreshing the system as soon as I said my back said they already received the funds. Maybe say I am sorry I should have checked before had or something. Just saying the storage place is great but the customer service needs some work. Took my 5 star to a 3 star with one call. Feel like they was trying to get me to hurry and just pay, made me feel like they was saying I was lying to them. All they had to do was refresh their system. Well 3 star now. Just sold my trailer and it was moved out. Pink door storage was so great with everything Alley really won me over, because I had called in and talked to them and let them know that it could sale anytime, they waved the 10 day required so I did not get charged anything. I really appreciate what Alley did for me it made the sale of my trailer go perfectly. I highly recommend pink door...

I am currently renting a unit at the new facility in Magna. I must say I was impressed with the faculty when I first seen it. I am so happy I did not go with anyone else. The lady in the office was amazing. She was very helpful from the first time I called to when I actually went down to the facility. She took the time to show me several different units & was very helpful when it came down to me actually choosing one. This place is new but I was so happy with how clean it is.
