Cricket Wireless Authorized Retailer — Local services in Magna

My husband and I visited the magna cricket store on 4/11/19. There were two women working who didn't seem to know much about their job. Although they were very nice and friendly, they didn't know anything about their job. I have two lines on my plan and wanted to add 1 more which should have been $10 more a month. They tried charging us an additional $55 for the new line. They began by telling us it is 90 dollars for 3 lines & $100 for 4 lines. Which contradicts what they previously had said. So in total it would have been around $90 out the door, not even buying a new phone. I had brought my old phone to connect for my 9yr old son. Very dissatisfied with this store and the way they operate. Maybe they need better training or were just trying to screw us over! We will NEVER AGAIN visit this store! Samantha at w.v. cricket however, was great! She is wonderful at her job and knows how to do her job well! The store and the people are awesome. The coverage at the store sucks. The coverage in the area sucks. At Cyprus high school there is a little coverage at the Brockbank Campus, none at the Main. Hate to rate the store low but if you are using this store you live in the area and Cricket doesn't care enough to give us a good signal because it is West Valley Magna. Cricket tech keeps rebooting signals and having me reboot phone. I have 4 cricket lines, 4 different phones and not the cheap end phones, same issue. They need to boost signal or put in a tower. Wouldn't be to hard to get the school to allow them to boost from the roof top but Cricket doesn't care about customers in our service area enough to do anything.

Store is great, people are great, Cricket service is poor or nonexistent in the intimidate area of this store, especially Cyprus High. Maybe the store should install a booster so you at least have good signal at the store. It's ok, but not very...

This cricket is seriously the worst one I have been too. Went to go pay my bill on a Saturday around 2 pm and there was a sign on the door that said back in 5. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting, finally went and sat back in my card and the worker comer walking up with bags of groceries in a cart coming from Smith's!
