Prolifters Gym — Local services in Malden

I came to ProLifters at the end of November 2024 as my last attempt to give bodybuilding another chance after a bad experience at Ultraflex. People often bash or talk badly about PL, but the truth is—you have to try it for yourself and form your own opinion. From day one, the team welcomed me warmly and treated me with complete professionalism. Everything is recorded, noted, and you receive receipts for every service. They do regular follow-ups, and the range of services they offer is impressive: over 20+ years of experience in the field, an Olympia competitor who consistently represents the gym and MA even their equipment is from Overseas or nationwide gyms they visit in their Olympia comps , athletes with pro cards, beginner competitors, posing sessions, online & in-person programs—you name it.

I’ve been in the PT program and nutrition plan for over 8 months, and my body has changed drastically—not only physically, but also mentally. My mindset today is nothing like it was on day one. They also have high-quality products, professional media packages, plenty of parking, and a diverse community of clients with different goals and lifestyles.

On top of that, the gym is always spotless. It’s a true old-school gym with serious workouts, and their trainers are knowledgeable, experienced, and have competed themselves.

What started as a simple bucket list goal has turned into something much more—I’ve found a community, a family, and friends in a place where you are respected and treated professionally.

Prolifters Gym has absolutely changed my life, and I am incredibly proud to be a member of this community. Prolifters is just that: a growing, thriving community where members lift up and support each other while achieving their goals. The team running the operations from the front desk know each member personally — it makes the gym feel like a big family. Each day I go, I am greeted with kindness and encouragement. How cool is it to be part of a gym where the team is personally invested in your success in achieving your goals? It’s an amazingly special place that has pushed me to grow and achieve more in the last year than i could have ever imagined. The owners and the trainers are very approachable, extensively knowledgeable, and beyond that: humble and caring. Everyone at Prolifters is respectful and working toward their own goals. You can feel the good energy as soon as you walk through the doors, not to mention the facilities and equipment is state-of-the-art and ALWAYS clean. I am consistently inspired and making new friends in a place where we can work on becoming the best versions of ourselves. Is hard to find a home away from home and for me is particularly difficult to feel welcomed and included in open spaces but have to say that Prolifters has not only become that place where I can go a forget about my routine and focus on my passion, but it has definitely become a second home and a family for me. The amazing, warm and welcoming crew that always has a smile for anyone that comes in, the owners Tom and Maria are without a doubt some of the most amazing and passionate people I have ever met and you can see and feel their love for what they do in every corner and that translates in motivation for anyone that joins their gym and as a plus the old school vibes and wonderful variety of machines makes the whole thing a truly enjoyable experience and have to admit that on daily basis the best part of my day is when I'm there.
