Personally, I've a long history of frustrating experiences with third-party security companies and I've always been hesitant. But, I couldn't be more impressed with the professionalism and dedication that I've experienced with New England Security.

From the initial consultation to the execution of the services provided, their team was prompt, courteous, and extremely attentive to our needs.

The security personnel were well-trained and conducted themselves with the highest level of integrity and respect. Their presence provided a sense of safety and assurance, allowing myself and others to feel safe without feeling pressured nor uncomfortable. The attention to detail and proactive approach to potential issues with discretion and without any unnecessary procedures, it is what truly set them apart from other security companies I've experienced in the past.

Special mention goes to Dan Ryan, who went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. His quick thinking and incredible ability to find solutions with smart approach in a calm, proactive, and caring demeanor made the difference for me especially since I've autism and there were others with autism like myself which struggles with normal/insensitive security protocols. However, they were able to adapt to our needs accordingly without causing any unconfortable situation that in the past could have escalated without their intervention.

I strongly suggest using New England Security Guard Company Services. We use both officers from their Special Police Officer Division , armed officers and unarmed officers Boston is a tough place and market to find quality security officers. As a Regional Business and Property Manager, I have high demands and expectations for security services. Dan and his team have been providing security officers and patrols for the past several years at our properties. I have not found a better company in my tenure. Their services are very effective and have cleaned up our properties drastically. They provide excellent oversight and management. If I ever have a concern or problem it is addressed almost immediately and their supervisors are here nightly checking up on the officers and they have a dispatcher on-duty at all times for residents and tenants to call to report issues, crimes or problems. Their rates are affordable and fair. Certainly not the cheapest guys in town, but believe me I have tried them all and New England is far worth their price and service.
