I’m going to give this company the best review they’ve ever had. (Disclaimer - I am a customer. I am in no way related to or know anyone that is affiliated with this company). Here’s the deal. We hired them to do what they do. They resurfaced the cabinets in our kitchen and replaced the counter tops. They did a beautiful job and I was completely happy and impressed. A few months went by and I started to notice weird marks on the Quartz. I called and told them about the issue. They sent out a manager to take a look. He agreed that something was wrong. They sent out another person to try to polish out the problem and try to figure out what was wrong - multiple times. They were in total communication with me and followed up every step of the way. I really did prefer that we’d fix the issue as I didn’t want my kitchen countertops torn up again. We went back and forth in a completely friendly reasonable way and finally decided that there was something wrong with the manufactured product. They wanted to replace it. I agreed. I chose a different countertop, because the one installed had an issue. It was a different color and finish than the old one. All was good. We chose a new color and finish than before. It took some time to manufacture and they went out of their way again to make sure the product was up to their standards. Today, my countertop was replaced. I had envisioned the worst and got the best. It was beautifully replaced without a glitch. I expected that the expensive back splash would be damaged - it wasn’t. Everything was done to perfection. Seriously. And, I’m very picky. If I can attach a photo I will. This company, this owner, is the Nordstrom of their industry. The quality, standard and the people they hire are beyond anything I’ve ever seen. I worked for Nordstrom for many years and get their level of service. Heritage exceeds the Nordstrom philosophy, which is a standard hard to beat. There you have it. BTW, if you know me, you know my expectations. This is above and beyond anything I expected....

At first glance, our kitchen remodel looked great. The veneer, cupboard doors, box drawers and slide mechanisms all seem to be high quality. Then we noticed the crooked cupboard doors, the mis-aligned door pulls, the drawers that wouldn't close all the way, the canted drawer front and the breadboard that was stuck and couldn't be pulled out. Heritage sent someone out to fix the issues. He arrived about an hour late and stayed 45 minutes. He said he would contact us about the rest of the work. Four days later (including the weekend) when we hadn't heard back, I contacted the company and was told they weren't aware there were any outstanding issues (!), but they'd get back to us. They then called my husband and said it would take another three hours to fix all the faulty workmanship. AND THE EARLIEST THEY COULD SHOW UP WAS IN SIX WEEKS. The explanation is that they are "so busy" they can't follow up in a professional or timely manner. The obvious solution is for them not to book so much business that they can't finish what they started. I would not use this company again. We paid for high quality, professional workmanship delivered on schedule. We did not receive what we paid for. And if you use them, before you pay the final installment, get your level, square and ruler out to double check their work and make sure...

Cabinet refacing, new countertop, new sink: I cannot say enough about how happy I am with my cabinet refacing. From the sales staff listening to my every concern, to the installer paying attention to every. single. detail. (Thank you, Roger!) the experience was soooo good. The design staff looked at every detail in my kitchen and suggested small amendments that really improved the functionality of my existing cabinets. These are things I had never noticed, small but impactful changes that made me realize the company is really invested in my satisfaction. And the installation was so fast and the installer was very mindful of cleanliness and usefulness at the end of each day. Each of the crew that entered my house was very polite, and seemed genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with the outcome, right down to a return trip to clean up a few small details. I cannot say it loud enough!! Please give them a call and consider spiffing up those old 1990s...
